In honor of our Tricentennial (1718-2018), Pearl hosts Olé, San Antonio. This monumental initiative is built around three key pillars: Gastronomy, Music & Dance, and Art & Architecture. Based on an intercambio (exchange) model, Pearl will host Spanish chefs, performers, artists, and cultural leaders throughout the summer to celebrate, collaborate, and explore San Antonio’s 300-year connection to Spain.
